الجهة والخدمة
تحدد هذه الشروط استخدام النسخة الداخلية الحالية من ProofFinance، التي تشغّلها V Brothers Group FZC من المنطقة الحرة SPC، الشارقة، الإمارات. تتيح المنصة أدوات لمراجعة المحاسبة والمبيعات والمخزون. الاستفسارات والدعم عبر 2seasons.ae@gmail.com.
الترخيص والمستخدمون المخولون
تمنح الجهة المشغّلة المستخدمين المخولين إذنًا محدودًا وغير حصري وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدام الخدمة لأعمال الشركة وفق الصلاحيات الممنوحة. هذه الشروط لا تنشئ اشتراكًا مدفوعًا ولا ترخّص إعادة بيع الخدمة. إتاحة المنصة تجاريًا لشركات أخرى تتطلب ترتيبًا وشروطًا مستقلين.
مسؤوليات الاستخدام
يجب امتلاك الصلاحية لإدخال البيانات وربط حسابات الشركات، والمحافظة على وسائل الدخول وإبلاغ المشغّل عن الاستخدام غير المخول. يحظر تجاوز وسائل الحماية أو محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات الآخرين أو استخدام الخدمة بصورة غير قانونية. يبقى المستخدم مسؤولًا عن مراجعة صحة البيانات المدخلة والتفويضات التي يمنحها.
البيانات والخصوصية
تظل حقوق البيانات لأصحابها. يقتصر الإذن بمعالجتها على تقديم الخدمة للأغراض المعلنة في سياسة الخصوصية. لا تنقل إضافة البيانات ملكيتها إلى المشغّل. حقوق مكونات البرامج وخدمات الأطراف الأخرى تظل لأصحابها.
التكاملات والمراجعة المحاسبية
تخضع QuickBooks وShopify وStripe وخدمات الأطراف الأخرى لشروط مزوديها وصلاحيات الاتصال بها. تكامل QuickBooks الحالي للقراءة والتحقق من هوية الشركة فقط، ولا يغيّر الدفاتر. يجب مراجعة المطابقات والتصنيفات والتقارير قبل الاعتماد؛ لا تمثل النتائج تدقيقًا ماليًا أو إقرارًا ضريبيًا معتمدًا أو بديلًا عن المحاسب. تُراجع أي وظيفة كتابة مستقبلية وصلاحياتها قبل تفعيلها.
التوفر وإيقاف الاستخدام
قد تتأثر الخدمة بالصيانة أو أعطال الاتصال أو تغييرات مزودي الخدمات. لا تتضمن النسخة الحالية اتفاقية مستوى خدمة تضمن تشغيلًا متواصلًا. يمكن للمستخدم المخول إيقاف الاستخدام وإلغاء الربط. يجوز تقييد الوصول لحماية الحسابات أو معالجة استخدام مخالف، مع إشعار مناسب متى أمكن. الإيقاف لا يحذف السجلات تلقائيًا؛ تطبق سياسة الخصوصية ومتطلبات الاحتفاظ ذات الصلة.
القانون والحقوق والتعديلات
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين الواجبة التطبيق في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ولا تستبعد الحقوق أو المسؤوليات التي لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا. يُرجى التواصل لمعالجة أي نزاع أو استفسار أولًا، دون المساس بحق اللجوء للجهات المختصة. تُنشر التعديلات مع تاريخ المراجعة ويُطلب قبول إضافي عندما يلزم. لا يغيّر تحديث هذه الصفحات السجلات المحاسبية أو تفويضات الربط بذاته.
Terms of Use
Operator and service
These terms govern the current internal version of ProofFinance, operated by V Brothers Group FZC, SPC Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The application provides tools for reviewing accounting, sales and inventory information. Questions and support: 2seasons.ae@gmail.com.
License and authorized users
The operator grants authorized users limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the service for company business within their assigned permissions. These terms do not establish a paid subscription or permit resale. Commercial availability to other companies requires separate arrangements and terms.
User responsibilities
Users must have authority to supply information and connect company accounts, protect their access credentials and report unauthorized use to the operator. Bypassing safeguards, attempting to access others’ information or using the service unlawfully is prohibited. Users remain responsible for reviewing information they supply and authorizations they grant.
Data and privacy
Data rights remain with their respective holders. Permission to process information is limited to providing the service for the purposes disclosed in the Privacy Policy. Supplying information does not transfer its ownership to the operator. Rights in software components and third-party services remain with their respective holders.
Integrations and accounting review
QuickBooks, Shopify, Stripe and other external services remain subject to their providers’ terms and connection permissions. The current QuickBooks integration reads company identity for verification only and does not change the books. Reconciliations, classifications and reports must be reviewed before approval. Outputs are not a financial audit, an approved tax filing or a substitute for an accountant. Any future writing function and its permissions must be reviewed before activation.
Availability and stopping use
Maintenance, connectivity problems and provider changes may affect availability. The current version does not include a service-level agreement guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. An authorized user can stop using the service and disconnect integrations. Access may be restricted to protect accounts or address misuse, with appropriate notice when practicable. Stopping use does not automatically erase records; the Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements apply.
Law, rights and changes
These terms are subject to applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please contact us first about a dispute or concern, without prejudice to access to competent authorities. Updates are published with a revision date, and additional acceptance is requested where required. Updating these pages does not itself alter accounting records or connection authorizations.
