البيانات التي نعالجها
تعالج المنصة المعلومات التي يقدمها المستخدم المخوّل أو يسمح باستيرادها: بيانات الحساب والتواصل، الطلبات والمنتجات والمخزون، الفواتير والمصاريف، المدفوعات والتسويات وكشوف البنك، وبيانات الموظفين التي تدخل لأغراض احتساب التكلفة. تعتمد البيانات الفعلية على الوظائف والتكاملات المفعّلة. لا تُعرض هذه السجلات في هذا الموقع العام.
الاستخدام والمشاركة
تُستخدم البيانات لتشغيل الخدمة ومراجعة السجلات ومطابقتها وإعداد التقارير والدعم والأمان. لا نبيع بيانات العملاء ولا نستخدم بيانات QuickBooks للإعلانات أو لمصلحة عملاء آخرين. يكون الوصول ضمن الصلاحيات الممنوحة، وقد نعتمد على مزودي التشغيل والاستضافة أو نفصح عما يلزم للوفاء بالتزامات قانونية واجبة التطبيق. على الشركة التي تدخل بيانات الآخرين امتلاك الصلاحية والأساس المناسب لذلك.
QuickBooks والخدمات المتصلة
يتم التفويض عبر Intuit باستخدام OAuth 2.0 دون طلب كلمة مرور QuickBooks داخل ProofFinance. يقتصر التكامل الحالي على التفويض وقراءة هوية الشركة للتحقق؛ لا ينشئ أو يعدل أو يحذف القيود المحاسبية. تعالج تكاملات Shopify وStripe البيانات وفق صلاحياتها الممنوحة. يظل توسيع وظائف الربط خاضعًا للتفويض وتحديث الإفصاح.
التشغيل والأمان
نستخدم Sites من OpenAI وبنية Cloudflare لاستضافة الخدمة، وخدمة تسجيل الدخول المرتبطة بها. قد يعالج مزودو التشغيل معلومات تقنية مثل عنوان IP وبيانات الطلب والجلسة وفق سياساتهم. تُحفظ أسرار تكامل QuickBooks ورموزه مشفرة في الخادم ويُقيّد الوصول لبيانات التطبيق. قد تتم المعالجة خارج الإمارات؛ لا نعلن حصر الاستضافة في دولة محددة. لا تضمن أي وسيلة حماية منع الحوادث بصورة مطلقة.
الاحتفاظ وإلغاء الاتصال
نحتفظ بالبيانات بحسب الحاجة للغرض التشغيلي المعلن، والالتزامات النظامية، وتسوية المطالبات عند انطباقها؛ تختلف الحاجة حسب نوع السجل. لا توجد في النسخة الحالية آلية عامة لحذف جميع البيانات تلقائيًا بمجرد الفصل. إلغاء اتصال QuickBooks يوقف استخدام تفويض الاتصال، ولا يحذف تلقائيًا السجلات المستوردة سابقًا أو السجلات التي يجب الاحتفاظ بها. طلبات الحذف تُراجع بصورة منفصلة.
طلبات الخصوصية
يمكن التواصل بالبريد أعلاه لطلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو التصدير أو الحذف أو الاعتراض على معالجة البيانات، بالقدر الذي تسمح به الحقوق والالتزامات المعمول بها. نتحقق من الهوية والصلاحية وننسق، عند الحاجة، مع الشركة صاحبة السجل. تُراجع الطلبات يدويًا؛ لا يوجد حذف فوري مضمون. لا ترسل كلمات المرور أو أسرار API في طلبك.
الذكاء الاصطناعي وهذا الموقع
تكامل QuickBooks الحالي لا يرسل بياناته إلى نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي توليدي. استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتطوير الكود لا يُعد تفويضًا لمعالجة بيانات المستخدمين بها. قبل تفعيل تحليل خارجي من هذا النوع، نوضح المزود والغرض والبيانات وضوابط المعالجة ذات الصلة. صفحات السياسات ثابتة ولا تتضمن نماذج لجمع البيانات أو أدوات إعلانات أضفناها؛ قد تظل سجلات الاستضافة التقنية قائمة.

ننشر تحديثات السياسة هنا مع تاريخ المراجعة، ونقدم إشعارًا مناسبًا بالتغييرات الجوهرية وفق المتطلبات المعمول بها. يمكن طلب نسخة أو توضيح عبر بريد التواصل.

Operator and scope
V Brothers Group FZC operates ProofFinance from SPC Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This policy covers the current internal application and its public policy pages. Contact: 2seasons.ae@gmail.com.
Information processed
The application processes information supplied or authorized for import by an authorized user: account and contact details, orders, products and inventory, invoices and expenses, payments, settlements and bank statements, and employee information entered for cost calculations. Actual data depends on the enabled functions and integrations. These records are not displayed on this public website.
Use and disclosure
Information is used to operate the service, review and reconcile records, produce reports, provide support and maintain security. We do not sell customer information or use QuickBooks data for advertising or for other customers’ benefit. Access follows assigned permissions. We may use necessary hosting and operational providers and disclose information required by applicable legal obligations. Companies supplying other people’s information must have appropriate authority and a valid basis to do so.
QuickBooks and connected services
Authorization takes place through Intuit using OAuth 2.0; ProofFinance does not request your QuickBooks password. The current integration authorizes access and reads company identity for verification; it does not create, update or delete accounting entries. Shopify and Stripe integrations process information within their granted permissions. Expanding integration functions remains subject to authorization and updated disclosures.
Operations and security
We use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure to host the service, and the associated sign-in service. Operational providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request and session information under their policies. QuickBooks integration secrets and tokens are encrypted on the server, and application data access is restricted. Processing may take place outside the UAE; we do not represent that hosting is confined to a particular country. No security measure guarantees prevention of every incident.
Retention and disconnection
Information is retained according to its disclosed operational purpose, applicable recordkeeping duties and the resolution of claims where relevant; needs vary by record type. The current version does not provide universal automatic deletion on disconnection. Disconnecting QuickBooks stops use of the connection authorization, but does not automatically erase previously imported information or records that must be retained. Deletion requests are considered separately.
Privacy requests
Use the contact email to request access, correction, export, deletion or to object to processing, subject to applicable rights and obligations. We verify identity and authority and coordinate with the company responsible for the records when necessary. Requests are reviewed manually; instant deletion is not guaranteed. Do not send passwords or API secrets in your request.
AI and this website
The current QuickBooks integration does not send its data to a generative AI model. Using AI tools to develop code is not authorization to process user data with those tools. Before enabling this type of external analysis, we disclose the provider, purpose, data and relevant safeguards. These policy pages are static and contain no data-collection forms or advertising tools added by us; technical hosting logs may still be generated.

Updates are published here with a revision date. Appropriate notice of material changes is provided as required. You can request a copy or clarification through the contact email.
